3. User Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
Review seller information carefully
Ensure compliance with local pet ownership laws
Confirm delivery and condition honestly
Not initiate fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
Sellers agree to:
Provide accurate pet descriptions and documentation
Deliver pets as agreed
Comply with all applicable animal welfare and sales laws
Not misrepresent pets or delivery arrangements
Both parties are responsible for the underlying transaction.
4. Payments
4.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
By using our Service, you also agree to their terms and policies.
4.2 Fees
We may charge service or transaction fees.
All fees will be disclosed before payment is submitted.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Disputes

That disputes will always result in refunds

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secure Pet Payments from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
