Buyers and sellers provide identifying information, such as Government ID and contact information as part of the transaction process. Where applicable, payent-account verification, such as bank account routing and account number, and identifying information is handled by our payment provider.

Important transaction details are recorded so both parties have a clear record of what was agreed upon before payment.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
The transaction process includes confirmation of delivery so the status of the transaction can be documented before completion.
TRANSACTION SUPPORT:
If a problem occurs, buyers and sellers can report the issue and provide supporting information for the review under the applicable transaction policies.
