  • 2️⃣ Buyer Pays Securely

    The buyer submits payment through our secure checkout.

    ✔ Payment is processed by our payment provider.
    ✔ Transaction details are recorded.
    ✔ Both parties receive confirmation.

    This provides a documented payment process for both buyer and seller.

  • 3️⃣ Seller Delivers the Pet

    Once payment is successfully processed, the seller is notified to proceed with delivery as agreed.

    Delivery options may include:

    • Pet transport service

    • Air transport

    • Local pickup

    • Ground transport

  • 4️⃣ Buyer Confirms Delivery

    After delivery, the buyer confirms

    • The pet arrived safely

    • The pet matches the transaction details

    • Delivery was completed as agreed

    This confirmation updates the transaction status.

  • 5️⃣ Seller payment is processed

    After the buyer confirms successful delivery, the transaction is completed and payment to the seller is processed through our payment provider.

  • 6️⃣ Transaction support

    If something doesn’t go as planned, our transaction support process helps both parties address issues such as:

    • Pet not received

    • Pet materially different from the transaction details

    • Delivery problems

    • Transaction disagreements

    We review the transaction information and work with both parties toward an appropriate resolution.

Payment processing: Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
